How to Use the DetoXlim® System
Daily Rhythm
Your body responds to rhythm. Follow this simple daily structure:
- Morning meal: 6–8 AM
- Afternoon meal: 3–5 PM
- No food in the evening
- Avoid cold drinks during meals and for 1 hour before or after eating
DetoXlim® Capsules
Take 4 capsules, 3 times daily with warm water: morning, noon, and evening.
Purpose: Supports digestion, elimination, and internal clearing.
Essentia Elixir
Take 3 ml under the tongue, twice daily: morning and evening.
How:
- Fill about half a dropper (≈1 ml)
- Repeat 3 times for a total of 3 ml
- Hold under the tongue until saliva fills the mouth
- Swallow slowly in 5–10 small swallows
Purpose: Activates circulation, energy flow, and systemic balance.
PuraFlex Spray
Use twice daily — morning and evening.
Method 1 — Navel Application
- Spray about 10 times around the belly button
- Massage for 3–5 minutes
Method 2 — Sublingual Application
- Spray 5–10 times under the tongue
- Hold for 10–20 seconds
- Swallow
