- The product must have been used as directed
- You must contact us before returning any items

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products are not required to be physically returned
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Orders marked as delivered but not received must be handled with the carrier first
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
